Junior Creative Strategist

Black Ace Brands is an E-commerce brand incubator focused on beauty, wellness, and functional products. We develop and scale DTC brands that blend strong creatives with data-informed strategies. Team members collaborate across disciplines to bring concepts to market quickly. This role is for someone who wants to learn how the machine of a $500K/mo brand actually works from the inside.

We’re hiring a full-time Junior Creative Strategist . The ideal person is early in their career, highly ambitious, active on social media, and wants to learn how to build a consumer brand from scratch — from idea → viral creative → paid ads → scale.

This role offers a $85,000-$120,000 base salary plus performance-based variable compensation with On-Target Earnings (OTE), retirement plan, and health benefits.

Day to day, you’ll help with:

• Finding winning content angles
• Researching TikTok/Instagram organic content
• Studying hooks, angles, and offers
• Turning research into creator briefs
• Finding and briefing UGC creators
• Coordinating with video editors
• Reviewing creative performance from Meta ads
• Helping us test new angles, messaging, products, and offers
• Over time, this role is designed to grow into a much bigger position.

The goal is for the right person to eventually become a Head of Marketing / Creative Lead who can manage creators, editors, strategists, and ad creative across multiple brands.

You do not need 10 years of experience.

You do need:

• Extremely high ambition
• Obsession with social media and consumer psychology
• Ability to move fast
• Clear communication
• Strong organization
• A willingness to do analytical research before making “creative” decisions
• Interest in paid ads, DTC, Meta, TikTok, UGC, beauty, wellness, or e-commerce
• Bonus: desire to learn and start your own eCommerce company someday

This is full-time and on-site in West Hollywood CA, near the shops and restaurants on Melrose Ave.
