Data Entry Operator

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ .


Job Description:

• Provides program and operational support.
• Performs general work activities in support of office systems.
• Review and compare information across spreadsheets, electronic case management systems, reports, and supporting documentation to verify data accuracy and consistency.
• Identify, document, and communicate discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies to support research and resolution efforts.
• Update records within the case management system and other databases in accordance with established procedures and verified information.
• Perform data entry, record maintenance, quality assurance, and validation activities in support of departmental projects and operational priorities.
• Maintain organized records of work completed, meet project deadlines, and communicate progress, trends, or issues to the assigned supervisor.
• Protect confidential client information and comply with all applicable agency policies, procedures, and data security requirements.

Skills required:

• Strong keyboarding skills.
• Ability to follow instructions

Experience required:

• Previous Data Entry related experience.

Education Required:

• High School Diploma/GED.

Work hours:

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Additional Information:

• 3-month assignment.
