Role Description This full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate / Driver role is based in Commerce, CA. The position involves receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments; picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery; and loading products safely for transport. The Warehouse Associate / Driver will operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. The role also includes driving company vehicles to deliver products to customers, verifying delivery documentation, and providing courteous service upon receipt. Collaboration with team members and accurate communication with supervisors are essential to ensure timely and efficient warehouse and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping & receiving processes, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing orders.
• Proficiency in packing and unloading materials, with attention to accuracy and product integrity.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, following all warehouse safety guidelines.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and reliably.
• Basic math and inventory skills, with the ability to read and interpret work orders and delivery documents.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to lift and move materials as required by the role.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset when interacting with internal teams and external clients.
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience in an industrial or electrical supply environment is a plus.
