Radiation Badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start Certifications Required: BLS, RCIS or ARRT (ARRT must be registered with NDMIRT)

If clinician is RCIS credentialed they will not be responsible for panning/activating fluoroscopy – they do NOT need ND License. If clinician is ARRT credentialed they could be responsible for panning/activating fluoroscopy– they will be REQUIRED to hold an active ND Rad Tech License

Profile Review + Manager Interview

Number of suites/labs: 3 labs

Number of cases per day on average: 4 per day

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Emergent Revascularization, LHC, RHC, ATK Peripheral Diagnostic/Interventional, Cardioversion, TEE, Devices, Pericardiocentesis, Temporary Pacemaker

Job Duties: scrubbing in and/or panning, IV starts

Experience or 'Must have' skills: if only have panning experience and not scrubbing that is okay, majority of role is panning. IABP, Impella, Shockwave (preferred), Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, 4 port manifold

Prefer experience with IV starts, ok if not

EMR/Equipment: EPIC & Philips Xper (Hemo) - Siemens C-Arm, IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, 4 port manifold

Cardiologist hours/on call: Intensivists MD In house 24/7 MD

Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? Charge

Shifts & Scheduling: M-F 730a-4p + call, Team lead to make scheduling, posted 17 days prior- for 6 weeks at a time

Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 days per week (weeknight call hours are 3:30p-7a)

Weekend/Call Requirements: every third weekend on call, (from Friday-to Monday morning, weekend call is 24hr)

Holiday/Call Requirements: every other

Call response time: 20 minutes response

Floating Requirements: Heart and Vascular Pre/Post- helping hands

Scrub Color/Dress Code provided

How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation? One week- classroom and lab

Additional Notes: Lead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoes Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
