Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a contract opportunity in Ronceverte, WV. This travel assignment involves providing top-notch physical therapy services to patients, focusing on homecare, rehab, and exercise programming. If you are a dedicated PT with a valid WV PT license or a compact license, this role offers a supportive and enriching work environment.

- Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment based on physician orders/referrals
- Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures

- Establish measurable goals and a treatment plan for patient independence
- Re-assess patient's progress and modify goals/treatments as necessary
- Communicate patient needs and progress with the treatment team and family
- Consult with medical providers about patient evaluation, treatment, and discharge
- Recommend and assist with obtaining adaptive equipment to improve function
- Maintain and submit documentation as required by regulations
- Adhere to professional practice standards and applicable laws
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
- Participate in and conduct staff development programs and meetings
- Possess a valid WV PT license or a compact license
- Experience with Homecare, OASIS, HCHB, and exercise programming
