About the Role As a Junior Marketing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role within the innovation team, supporting the development of future beauty innovations. You will be instrumental in connecting consumer insights with market intelligence, helping to identify emerging opportunities and translate them into tangible product concepts. This position offers a unique chance to contribute creatively, develop presentations, and actively participate in projects that will define the next generation of beauty products. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive market, consumer, and competitive analysis to uncover new innovation opportunities. Monitor and report on beauty, consumer, and cultural trends to inform strategic development. Provide essential support for new product concept development and various innovation projects. Prepare compelling presentations, detailed reports, and actionable innovation recommendations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate consumer insights throughout the innovation process. Qualifications Must‑Have Qualifications A strong passion for beauty, innovation, creativity, and understanding consumer trends. 1+ years of experience in marketing, product development, or innovation, preferably within the beauty industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and insights. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency across social media platforms. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. A self-starter mentality: autonomous, curious, collaborative, friendly, and proactive. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., generative AI for text or images) to enhance productivity and creativity.
