RN Nurse Manager – Endoscopy This is a full‑time leadership position at Providence Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo, CA. Reports to the Executive Director or Director and maintains 24‑hour accountability in planning, managing, controlling and organizing comprehensive, safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care. Assists in the administration of the budgetary functions. The Nurse Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily operations and clinical practice of the assigned service areas, establishing and maintaining standards of care and unit policies and procedures, and adhering to the ANA Nurse Administration Scope & Standards of Practice. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Master's Degree in Nursing or related field Internal Candidates: enrolled in a healthcare or business‑related Master's program at the time of hire and obtained within 3 years from date of hire External Candidates: degree at the time of hire California Registered Nurse License National Provider BLS – American Heart Association 5 years of clinical experience in Acute Care including 2 years in a specialty area Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Certification in nursing administration, management, or specialty area as approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Magnet Preferred Qualifications Second National Certification in a specialty area or Professional Certification in Nursing Administration or Management, as approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Magnet Management experience Benefits and Compensation The wage range for this position is $74.54 – $117.65 per hour. Additional compensation may be available in the form of shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
