Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Chicago, IL Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Primary Care Physician Locum Tenens Opportunity Location: Illinois Openings: 1 Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts Position Overview Provide primary care, wellness, and acute episodic care in an onsite corporate outpatient clinic. Patient population includes employees and family members, ages 2 years and older. Average patient volume is typically 2 to 4 patients per hour. Paper charting may be used initially with potential transition to an electronic medical record system. Required Qualifications MD or DO. Board Certified or Board Eligible. Active, unrestricted medical license. DEA required. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
