They are responsible for cultivating individualized relationships with our VIP members and guests while also prioritizing the organizational duties of the front desk.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswers phone calls and responds to emails with confidence and professional verbiageTakes restaurant reservations accurately and efficientlyWorks quickly with the Seven Rooms and Peoplevine Management systemsPuts work orders, service requests and maintains logs books in Alice Hotel SystemsMemorizes 5 outdoor areas of service, to seat guests efficiently and promptly when they arriveEnsures all rules of the club are understood and followed by all members and guests prior to entering the clubAcknowledges guests’ needs, anticipates guests’ needs and always responds promptly to maintain positive guest relations at all timesInforms manager of any guest complaints, requests or problemsMaintains an organized and clean work areaFollows all safety and sanitation procedures that pertain to the jobKnowledge, Skills and AttributesMust be able to effectively communicateMust be a team player with the ability to work under minimal supervisionMust be able to have a flexible schedule, work weekends and holidaysMust be able to sustain composure, remain calm, and possess a positive attitudeMust be service oriented with excellent customer service skillsMust be able to follow directions with focus to detail, speed and accuracyMust possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsMust be able to work well under time constraints and remain calmMust have the ability to input data in the POS systemMust be able to read, speak, write and understand the English languageMust be able to exercise confidentiality and discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr SVIH MANAGEMENT LLC
