ABOUT THE ROLE: As a New Business Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating new client relationships and helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. This is a high-activity, performance-driven sales role focused on prospecting, networking, marketing, and converting opportunities into long-term clients. Success in this role comes from consistently creating new opportunities, building trust with prospects, and confidently recommending insurance and financial products that meet their needs. Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, community involvement, and marketing. Build relationships with prospects through phone calls, appointments, social media, events, and personal outreach. Conduct insurance and financial needs analyses. Present customized insurance and financial solutions that protect clients and their families. Consistently ask for referrals and introductions. Develop and maintain a strong personal brand within the community. Follow up on leads quickly and consistently. Maintain an active sales pipeline and document client interactions. Meet or exceed activity, production, and revenue goals. Collaborate with the retention team to ensure a seamless client experience after the sale.
