You will collaborate closely with product owners and cross‑functional teams to maintain consistency, monitor blend readiness, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze production samples and participate in tastings to evaluate quality. Monitor blend readiness and communicate risks and updates to leadership. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Assist with documentation, compliance, and weekend production needs as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in science (STEM) with 6 months of relevant experience; or high school diploma with 4 years of experience; or bachelor’s with 2 years of experience. At least 21 years of age. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Availability to work at least one weekend per month. Availability for 24‑hour on‑call support of production operations as needed. Proficiency in identifying visual and sensory variations in beverage color, flavor, and aroma. Strong grasp of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions applied to practical situations. Effective report writing and business communication skills. Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, reliable vehicle (if applicable); subject to MVR check. Travel up to 5 % of the time for onboarding, training, meetings, and events. Must be 18 years or older. Desired Profile Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering with 1 year of beverage production or related experience; or STEM bachelor’s with 1 year of GALLO experience. Strong analytical and reading skills related to business or technical literature. Experience learning and adapting to equipment, processes, and procedures. Basic familiarity with AI tools beneficial.
