Hourly Wage Estimate $38.60 - $59.16 per hour The estimate displayed represents the typical wage range of candidates hired. Job Summary and Qualifications As a technologist, you are asked to operate MRI scanners and ensure that the procedure produces quality images and information for the health care professional to make an accurate diagnosis. You will interview patients, explain the procedure, and place the patient in the appropriate spot on the table. Technologists are organized, detail‑oriented people who are familiar with the anatomical area that is being scanned and the patient’s history.
