Data Analyst

Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will conduct research and policy analysis related to housing and community development issues, demographic and economic conditions, and trends. This role involves interpreting data, creating dashboards, and developing presentations to inform managerial decision-making.

Location:Richmond, Virginia, United States

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and policy analysis related to housing and community development issues.
- Interpret the meaning and relevance of data to policy issues.
- Develop dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
- Develop presentations using MS PowerPoint.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Thorough knowledge of housing and community development issues, public policies, and programs.
- Extensive experience in conducting research and policy analysis.
- Strong writing and graphic presentation skills.
- Experience in development and use of MS Access and Excel databases.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Understanding of GIS database development and use.
- Experience in developing and using GIS databases for demographic and housing research.
