Hotel General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure in full-service or boutique hotels. We seek a Hands-On Leader and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond guests' expectations.

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities

Train, lead, mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable guest experience
Oversee and manage overall operations of the hotel, including but not limited to, front office, sales, food & beverage, housekeeping, and engineering
Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
Serve as the brand ambassador in the community

Hotel General Manager Qualifications

3 to 5 years as a general manager is a must
Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
Ability to analyze guest service reports and recognize market trends
Possess excellent written and verbal communication
