Overview
Ensures the provision of a clean environment for our residents and staff, providing high quality services and high standards of cleanliness, ensuring compliance with infection control procedures.
Qualifications
Essential Functions:
- Ability to prioritize work assignments to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to clean and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Ability to function with minimal supervision.
- Ability to understand basic infection control procedures.
- Ability to understand and carry out emergency evacuation, fire and safety procedures.
- Ability to handle and mix chemicals safely and properly.
- Ability to operate departmental equipment.
- Understands the attached Physical Requirements for Essential Job Functions related to this position.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must possess the ability to follow instructions, to work in a health care environment and conduct oneself in a professional manner. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
