Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a collegial department of 11 internists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers. • Minimal Call : Phone call coverage only.
• Collaborative Care Model : Work within a team supported by ambulatory primary care pharmacists, behavioral health therapists, social services, and full backup from multiple specialties and inpatient Internal Medicine services.

Qualified candidates should be board certified or board eligible in internal medicine. You must be able to obtain an unrestricted Wisconsin medical license.
