This is a unique opportunity to be part of the pre‑opening team, build the operational foundation, and play a key role in bringing the guest experience to life. Hotel Longmont is a boutique lifestyle hotel currently under development in downtown Longmont, Colorado, designed to serve both business and leisure travelers with a modern, locally inspired experience. The property will feature 84 guest rooms and suites, complemented by a rooftop bar and restaurant, as well as approximately 2,600 square feet of flexible meeting and event space – positioning it as a key hospitality anchor in the city’s growing downtown district. Host - Hotel Longmont Location: Longmont, CO 80501 Part‑time Reports To: Food & Beverage Director Salary: $14 / hr + Tip Pool Job Description The Restaurant Host is to interact with all guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining at the Hotel. The Host will promptly welcome every guest to the restaurant and escort them to their table. The Host is to ensure that all guests' needs and expectations are exceeded, and to resolve any issues efficiently and effectively to the guest's satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Greet guests personally as they enter the establishment Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette Accept to‑go orders over the telephone Receive and record dining reservations on the telephone Ensure the proper setup of dining room Ensure dining room seating is controlled and that there is server parity in number of tables Ensure neatness and cleanliness of stations Present menus, make recommendations and take orders if necessary Assist other food and beverage staff when necessary Liaise between staff and customers to ensure great service Anticipate and address guests' service needs Thank guests with genuine appreciation Job Qualifications Prior food and beverage industry experience preferred Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co‑workers and management to their understanding Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive, upbeat attitude and personality Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow‑through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision Punctuality and reliable attendance Source: Tandem Hospitality Group #J-18808-Ljbffr Tandem Hospitality Group, LLC
