Clinician - DBT ($5000 Sign on Bonus)

Job Description Seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP‑E) to provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy as part of our DBT team. The New River Valley Community Services DBT team delivers evidence‑based care inclusive of therapy, case management, and mental‑health skill building. NRVCS supports DBT with regular professional consultation and fluid coordination of comprehensive services. Our team helps people change their lives through innovative and supportive care. Must be willing to aid with teaching one skills group, accompanied by a co‑facilitator. Starting Salary $52,500‑depending on experience. Education/Experience Required Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or another licensed‑eligible human services field is required. State of Virginia license in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. If not fully licensed with the Virginia Board of Counseling, you must register and become license‑eligible within three months of hire (if applicable). At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
