Come join our team!Major Duties:Strong communication and listening skills to interact with both guests and teammatesProfessional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails, beer, and wineInterpret guest's desires and provide recommendationsEnsuring accurate accountability of food & beverage sales to each guestEnsuring that bar area is properly inventoried and stock for the following shiftBase knowledge and understanding of the culinary menuKeeps an efficient work pace that allows guests at the bar and in the dining room to be satisfied at all timesHave a general knowledge and understanding of Delaware Department of Health for food safety standardsEnjoys providing great hospitalityQualifications:Excellent emotional self awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presencePositive attitude and excellent communication skills2+ years' experience working as a bartenderAbility to work nights, weekend, and holidaysAbility to multitask and take direction in high volume situationsMust possess Delaware Alcohol Server Training CardKnowledge of a second language is a plus
