Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.Experience Requirements Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial Basic computer skills requiredJob Duties Prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Use RF scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory and orders Document shipping and warehouse information correctly Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment Support inventory control and warehouse operations as needed Assist with additional warehouse duties assigned by supervisorsPreferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 40 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
