  • Advocate for services and resources on behalf of assigned patients, particularly during crisis situations.

  • Identify and report any noteworthy changes in patient behavior, utilizing training in recognizing signs of aggressive or concerning behavior.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, across various age groups and backgrounds. The counselor will offer therapeutic services that cater to adults, children, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. By delivering tailored treatment plans, our counselors support clients in achieving their mental health goals, thereby fostering resilience and well-being in the communities we serve.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

  • Experience providing marriage and family therapy to a wide range of demographics, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness to client needs.

  • Proficiency in utilizing the DSM-5 for diagnosis and treatment planning, ensuring evidence-based approaches to care.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year.
