Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships in accordance with professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, plan for future appointments, and facilitate discharges when suitable.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individual treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance and effective communication.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client histories and current challenges.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and address clinical concerns.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population encompasses a wide range of individuals, including adults and children seeking support for various mental health challenges. As a mental health counselor, you will address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues while providing culturally sensitive care tailored to the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Massachusetts License as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using various computer applications including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and billing purposes.
