Position Summary MS Companies is seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Supervisor 1 to lead and support inspection teams within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining strong customer relationships, and leveraging MS Companies technology-driven systems to drive performance and efficiency. This position requires travel between facilities in Anderson SC and Commerce Ga. Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of quality inspectors to ensure performance, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment to support safety and efficiency Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and client-specific requirements Develop, implement, and maintain work instructions and quality processes Monitor production processes, control points, equipment, and personnel to ensure quality standards are achieved Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, drive improvements, and support cost reduction initiatives Communicate expectations clearly; monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching Address employee relations matters including attendance, performance, and behavioral concerns in partnership with HR Train, mentor, and develop team members to support operational success and career growth Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and service excellence Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production demands and customer requirements Accurately enter and manage time, production data, and other required inputs within company systems Physical Requirements Must be able to visually identify defects in color, shape, size, or
