A Part-time Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate. For a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position the hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from $33-$41/hour - hours are Guaranteed and it is W-2 position. Must work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits. 2. Pay Per Visit (PPV) - this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position $50-$76/hour , but you are only paid when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week.
