We are seeking an organized and energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Help prepare event schedules, materials, displays, and supplies.
• Support event setup and ensure materials are organized and ready.
• Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance throughout events.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers during activities.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Assist with distributing promotional materials and information.
• Gather customer feedback and event observations.
• Assist with event breakdown and organization after activities.
• Support follow-up activities with customers and prospective customers.
