Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, discussing their symptoms and histories in detail during initial visits.
• Create personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and address the unique challenges faced by each client.
• Deliver therapy sessions using secure virtual platforms, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and provide continuous support, motivation, and feedback throughout their journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress in detail, maintaining accurate records that comply with regulatory standards and contribute to client care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will be serving include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
