Project Manager

Core Responsibilities Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, corporate management, and team members. Regular site visits and ensuring projects align with client needs for long-term satisfaction. Manage construction processes including scope, cost efficiencies, risks, contracts, and subcontractor performance. Oversee project quality, from construction to warranty follow-up. Financial management including job costing, cash flow monitoring, and handling change orders. Ensure safety, conduct risk analysis, and adhere to company risk policies. Qualifications Experience in managing diverse construction projects. Proficient in project management systems, financial aspects, and project scheduling. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. OSHA 30, LEED accreditation, and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred. Other Requirements Adherence to risk management and safety policies. Effective coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 3-7 years of construction project management experience with a track record of handling multiple projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
