Forklift/Hilo Operator

Our manufacturing company is seeking forklift drivers to join our team. We're looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player.

Primary job responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner
• Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed
• Unload trucks and put inventory away
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Make safety personal
• Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work
• Must have good communication skills
• Maintain self-confidence and self-esteem of others
• Maintain constructive relationships
• Take initiative to make things better
• Lead by example
• Be on time

Education and experience:

• Sit down forklift experience is mandatory
• Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check
