Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite Hours: 7:30am/8:00am-2pm, Monday - Friday Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record shipments of medical and office supplies. Unload packages and verify their contents match the orders. Ensure correct packages are received and properly stocked. Organize and distribute mail among departments within the clinic and Business Office. Meter all outgoing mail. Support and adhere to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Basic math and recording abilities required Proven experience as a receiving clerk or similar position preferred Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data An understanding of health and safety regulations is highly desired Excellent customer service skills required Reliable transportation is a must System One, and its subsidiaries including Joul and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
