Responsibilities As a Registered Dietitian at NutraCo, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical nutrition treatment. Your responsibilities will include: Represent NutraCo's focus on providing compassionate care, with respect and dignity to patients. Take direction from the VP of Clinical Services and Regional Clinical Director. Provide leadership and direct supervision of all dietitians in the region. Work closely with members of facility corporate teams to ensure clinical accuracy of all dietitians at the facility and client satisfaction. Provide clinical nutrition services to residents in Long Term Care facilities within the designated region. Conduct nutritional assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor the effectiveness of interventions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other dietitians, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate residents, families, and staff on nutritional practices and dietary management. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress. Fill in for vacancies in dietitian staffing for your region. Travel to various facilities as needed. Job Requirements Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) State licensure as required varies by state. Long Term Care Experience Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
