Production Supervisors - Pocahontas (2nd Processing)

Job Title

Job responsibilities include direct supervision of production staff, verifying payroll time sheets, managing daily and weekly paperwork, ensuring product quality, complying with safety policies, maintaining personal hygiene, and reporting suspicious situations.

Physical/Mental Requirements

Working in varying environments, standing/sitting/walking throughout the workday, and lifting as needed.

Qualifications

1-3 years leadership experience in poultry, strong communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, successful supervisory skills, writing skills, problem solving skills, basic computer knowledge, experience in a fast-paced environment.
