Co Medical Director/Court Services
Location: Santa Clara, CA

• Serve as Co-Medical Director for Court Services program
\n
• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for court-referred patients
\n
• Conduct competency evaluations and restoration services
\n
• Collaborate with legal, clinical, and administrative teams
\n
• Participate in court hearings, case conferences, and provide expert testimony
\n
• Supervise and mentor psychiatric and clinical staff
\n
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
\n
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and organizational standards
\n
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
\n

\n
• MD or DO, Board Certified in Psychiatry
\n
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
\n
• DEA license required
\n
• Experience in forensic, correctional, or court-related psychiatry preferred
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
\n
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and legal teams
\n

• Full-time schedule (details to be determined)
\n
• May include participation in on-call rotation
\n

• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills

• Leadership and team management capabilities

• Ability to navigate complex systems involving healthcare and the legal system
