Production ManagerManage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. This is a site-working manager position, and production manager will be leading jobs in the field as needed. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.Managing Customer SatisfactionEffectively oversee all aspects production, including inventory and ordering of supplies, managing mitigation techs, coordinating maintenance of equipment and production vehiclesIdentifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influenceCoaching and training of technicians, including holding regular safety meetingsEnsure all jobs follow required insurance SLA'sCoordinate on-call scheduleCommunicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectivelyEnsure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow techniciansExperience in mitigation industryUnderstanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage themAptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicationAbility to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growthStrength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammatesIICRC Certification in WRT & ASD requiredCompensation: $55,000.00 per year
