Your responsibilities will revolve around completing various tasks related to maintenance and repair of our properties. Elevate your adaptability : Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests while on‑call and adapt to changing priorities to support business needs effectively. Elevate your communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and all other parties regarding maintenance issues, updates, and requirements. Elevated Work Ethic: strong focus on achieving objectives and dedicated to completing daily tasks. Qualifications and Skills Basic maintenance experience. Valid Driver's License required. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements. Furnish own hand tools.
