Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Hartford, CT

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive rheumatology sales and patient access initiatives across Hartford, New Haven, and Springfield markets. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity
- Document account plans and customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Significant demonstrated rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Strong understanding of market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy environments
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must reside within assigned territory
Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
