Description of the role:
Al Willeford Chevrolet is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Certified Technician to join our team in Portland, TX. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $26.00 to $45.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. We have an abundance of work and are looking to add a new member to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to company and GM standards
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Document all work performed and recommended repairs
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Requirements:
- GM dealership experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in electrical, driveability and infotainment systems preferred
