What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach Maximize sales growth in a commission‑based environment Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after‑sale service Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom Become an expert in our products and services through training Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams Who You Are: 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus Location: 7540 West Bell Rd. Glendale Position: Non‑Exempt/Hourly Job Type: Full‑time/Permanent Training Wage: $16.50/hr – $18/hr for three months! Paid Bi‑weekly! Post Training Wage: Continuous base pay of $15.15/hr PLUS uncapped commission!
