The Front Desk Coordinator is the face of Cosmetic Surgery Center, responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient calls or walks in. This role manages the front desk experience from start to finish-greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering calls and messages, preparing medical documentation, and ensuring seamless booking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and taking pride in providing elevated customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient & Front Desk Experience

• Consistently provides excellent customer service to all patients in-person, over the phone, and through text/email inquiries
• Educates patients on Cosmetic Surgery Center services, products, and treatment options
• Exudes a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced surgical/aesthetic practice
• Stays calm under pressure and quickly finds solutions to potential issues
• Scheduling & Communications
• Oversees the daily schedule to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Answers and screens phone calls, schedules appointments, takes messages, and ensures prompt delivery to the proper staff memMonitors and responds to office voicemail, email inquiries, and text messages throughout the day
• Accurately checks patients in/out and schedules all follow-up visits

Documentation & Facility Standards

• Prepares proper medical documents for patients through the EMR
• Responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of the practice, including waiting areas, lobby, front desk, and back of house

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of high-end customer service experience
• 1 year of medical aesthetics or medical office experience

• Must have a positive attitude
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Impeccable personal appearance
• Physical mobility to bend, lift, and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements

Compensation: $18-20/ hour, based on experience

Start date: Late October
