Executive Communications Content Creator and Storyteller The opportunity is to serve as an individual contributor responsible for creating executive‑level content to support C‑suite leaders’ external engagements. The role requires U.S. citizenship, translating business strategy, financial performance, technical capabilities, and industry insights into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences such as investors, analysts, media, policymakers, government officials, and employees. What You’ll Do Write clear, engaging, and memorable speeches, remarks, and talking points that match the C‑suite leader’s voice and deliver key messages effectively. Interview internal subject‑matter experts to gather and validate data points and stories. Develop reusable storytelling assets such as narratives, core messages, examples, and visuals for C‑suite use across contexts including media interviews, investor conversations, Op‑Eds, and external events. Create highly polished, executive‑level presentation decks for internal and external audiences, using visual storytelling to convey complex strategies and technical topics. Build the CEO’s social media strategy and write high‑impact copy in the CEO’s voice for platforms that amplify leadership and the company’s brand. You Have 7+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or public relations. 2+ years of experience directly supporting C‑suite executives in a fast‑paced corporate, tech, or high‑profile organization. Experience managing an executive’s social media presence, including strategy development, content creation, copywriting, and cross‑functional collaboration. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at the highest level. Proficiency with Office365 Product Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Expertise in executive‑level storytelling with the appropriate tone and voice, quickly learning an executive’s voice and conveying messages and narratives in that voice. Strong interview and synthesis skills to translate subject‑matter expertise into strategic stories that reinforce the corporate narrative. Skilled in creating executive‑level presentations that distill complex data and strategies into clear, visual narratives. Capacity to manage multiple high‑priority deliverables under tight deadlines and deliver independently in a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field. NiceHave Experience in a public company supporting earnings calls, investor days, and shareholder communications. Coaching on executive presence and public speaking. Training and using AI to accelerate content creation. Excellent verbal communication skills. Compensation Salary range: $150,000 – $200,000 (annualized USD). The range reflects factors such as location, education, experience, and contract‑specific requirements.
