Experience: Minimum 1 Year Required License: Required NH State License Certifications: Required BLS; Preferred ACLS, PALS, CRTT, RRT

Must-Have: Epic charting experience required.

Description: RRT for 12-hour days. 36 hours accepted. Every other weekend required, no call. Will accept subs with NH license pending.

Responsibilities include the following: Nebulizer treatments, cough assist, high-flow oxygen, non-invasive ventilation, assist with intubations, and assist with bronchoscopy. Experience with mechanical ventilation and in-house transport of mechanically ventilated patients is required. Pediatric ER and pediatrics experience are acceptable only if competency is demonstrated. Continuous albuterol will not be used in level 3 NICU settings. Patient population includes infants to geriatrics. Experience in trauma and adult ICU settings is required. Preferred experience includes working in Level I Trauma centers and teaching hospitals, as well as acute care pediatrics. Skills required include airway management, medication administration, and the use of various respiratory equipment. Familiarity with equipment such as Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Servo I, and LTV 1200 is preferred. Experience in extubation, intubation assistance, tracheostomy care, and managing high-pressure alarms is also needed. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage a variety of respiratory therapies and interventions. References are required, and a background check may be performed. A drug screen is required before the start date. Travelers within 50 miles of the facility may be accepted at local rates.
