Radiology - CT Tech

CT Technologist - Nights (7:30 PM to 6 AM), Monday-Thursday

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights: 7:30 PM to 6 AM, Monday-Thursday - No Weekends

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic CT examinations and assists physicians with invasive CT procedures. Key responsibilities include preparing examinations for interpretation, maintaining radiation safety, and ensuring adequate supplies. The technologist operates all CT and related equipment, provides continuity of care communication to the next caregiver, and analyzes CT examinations for quality control purposes.

• Performs and documents diagnostic CT examinations as ordered by approved healthcare providers.
• Administers oral and intravenous contrast media under physician direction and per protocol.
• Transports, moves, and positions patients safely and appropriately.
• Assists physicians with special procedures utilizing CT technology.
• Participates in quality assurance and quality control activities related to CT.
• Prepares completed examinations for interpretation by radiologists.

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA-approved school.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in Radiography and CT.
• Maintains licensure requirements with the state of Ohio.
• Annual CPR certification/When Seconds Count certification required.
• Two years minimum experience in a diagnostic imaging setting preferred.
