Pay: $21.90/hour

Hours: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM | 5 days per week | 40 hours | Open availability required

Overview


IKEA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support goods flow and product availability within its Miami location. This position is responsible for moving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Job Description

• Receive, move, replenish, and organize merchandise to maintain product availability.
• Complete assigned goods flow and warehouse tasks accurately and on time.
• Use warehouse systems and tools to support product movement and inventory accuracy.
• Follow established inventory routines to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage areas.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, slide, and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Follow all health, safety, and security procedures.
• Identify and report potential safety concerns involving employees, customers, equipment, or merchandise.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Assist coworkers and other departments as needed.

Required Skills

• Warehouse, stocking, material handling, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable performing frequent physical activity throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow inventory and warehouse procedures accurately.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to maintain open availability.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
