We are hiring 15 workers for a data center project in Lenoir, NC. Open positions include five Spotters and ten Technician I–III openings.

Location: Lenoir, NC

Spotters (Entry Level)

Pay: $23–$25 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Requirements:

• At least two years of construction or data center experience.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work the full scheduled shift.

Technicians I–III

Pay: $24–$28 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10-hour days. Saturdays will usually be eight-hour days.

Project Duration: Expected to continue through November.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Cluster experience.

• Experience pulling fiber.

• Experience porting fiber.

• Previous data center experience.

Technician level and starting pay will be based on relevant experience.
