Job Opportunity: Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist to become a part of our dedicated team. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, faith-oriented atmosphere.

• Provide anesthetic care for approximately 11,000 pediatric patients across various clinical environments, including:
• Operating rooms in a children's hospital
• Interventional cardiology and radiology
• MRI and CT scan facilities
• Radiation oncology
• Gastrointestinal suite
• Participate in over 200 complex pediatric cardiac procedures annually, including heart transplants.
• Engage in an established pediatric fellowship training program and contribute to a robust residency program.

The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $462,000 to $562,000. This range reflects the starting base salary and is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, with a base salary between $403,000 and $461,000. Note that this figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
