CLOSR places driven sales professionals into acquisitions roles with real estate investment companies. Qualified seller leads are provided daily, and we provide training and support to help you succeed. You bring the ability to connect with people, lead conversations, and consistently get deals across the finish line.

Our performance expectation is at least $10,000 per month in commissions paid by month three. Once you’re fully ramped, we want you aiming substantially higher.

Read This Before You Apply

You must have strong, measurable results from at least one previous sales role . Your industry and years of experience matter less than what you accomplished and whether you can prove it.

Be ready to explain your personal numbers, how you performed against your targets or team, and what you did to produce those results.

We expect energy, confidence, and clear communication. You should be able to hold a natural conversation, ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and follow through.

What the Job Requires

You will speak with homeowners considering selling, understand their situation, present offers, handle objections, negotiate, and work toward signed contracts.

Expect to:

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound dials per day across new leads and follow-up.
• Call new leads within two minutes during your assigned coverage .
• Work full time from day one, approximately 50 hours per week, sometimes more , including evenings and weekends.
• Manage your pipeline, keep accurate CRM notes, and complete follow-up without reminders.
• Know your numbers, raise problems early, and apply direct coaching.

Qualified leads still take work. Some sellers need several conversations. Some opportunities fall apart. You need to keep making calls, following up, and bringing energy to the next conversation.

If you need someone chasing you to do the work, this opportunity is not for you.

Treat sellers with respect and communicate honestly. They are making significant decisions.

Compensation and Support

Partner companies offer a temporary base plus commission during ramp-up . The base amount, duration, commission rates, payment timing, and long-term structure vary by your demonstrated ability and placement. We explain those terms before presenting you with a role.

The $10,000 monthly expectation refers to commissions actually paid, excluding base pay . Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on your results, completed transactions, and compensation agreement.

CLOSR provides sales training and support. Your working agreement is with the partner company, which provides the leads and compensation. Placement is not guaranteed. No real estate license or personal investment capital is required.
