Your Future Duties And Responsibilities:

What You'll Do • Serve as a first point of contact for customers, providing courteous and professional support • Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information by following established procedures. • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately • Escalate inquiries when needed while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
