We're a small, family-owned and operated N-EMT Provider with roots in the Fredericksburg community. Since our establishment in 2019, we have been dedicated to providing warm, comfortable, and reliable transportation to non-emergency medical appointments for our valued clients.

About the job

We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and responsible individuals to join our team! We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, Monday through Friday. This role goes beyond driving — our NEMT drivers work directly with clients, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential. We’re a small team that supports each other, but the position also requires a high level of independence and personal responsibility. Excellent communication skills are a must for both client interactions and coordination with dispatch.

Full-time positions average approximately 35 hours per week and include PTO benefits.
Part-time positions offer more scheduling flexibility, with options (when available) for either a few full days per week or shorter Monday–Friday shifts.

Part-time   and  Full-time  Position Available Now

- Monday through Friday schedules

- Saturday 1-2 times a month only

- All Sundays off

- Schedules between 5 AM and 5 PM

- Company car provided

- Paid Training

- Potential to move to full-time position with PTO Benefits

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a vehicle according to DMAS regulations and standards

- Transport passengers to and from designated locations

- Use apps and other technology to record trip data

- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance of vehicles

- Assist passengers

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

- Provide excellent customer service to passengers

- Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatchers and address any concerns or questions

- Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary

Previous experience in these roles are recommended:

- Commercial driving, such as Uber or Lyft

- Familiarity with paratransit services or non-emergency medical transportation

- Client communication, customer service or a customer-facing role

The following requirements must be met to be an NEMT Driver, as specified by DMAS;  Any applicants who do not meet these requirements will be rejected :

- Held a valid driver's license for 2+ years with a clean driving record

- VA DMV Driver’s License Points may not exceed -2

- May NOT have had their driver’s license suspended or revoked for moving traffic violations in the previous five years, nor be convicted of a “barrier crime”

- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening

-Must be able to clear a Child and Dependent Abuse Registry Check
