Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services and partnering closely with anesthesia and surgical service line leaders, the OR Nurse Manager will be supported by clinical educators, seasoned charge RNs, specialty coordinators, dedicated schedulers, and Sterile Processing leaders. Responsibilities include throughput optimization, nurse staffing and scheduling, block time stewardship, preference card governance, regulatory readiness, infection prevention, and continuous improvement—anchored by friendly nurses and a diverse, collaborative team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, techs, and allied health professionals who take pride in shared governance and interdisciplinary wins.
