What Makes This Role Different

This is not a desk job.

The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) is a working, hands-on role that combines leadership support with direct caregiving on the floor.

You will:

• Work alongside your team providing resident care
• Step in as a Caregiver and/or Medication Manager as needed
• Help coordinate care, staffing, and clinical processes
• Work Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with MOD schedule and call off schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct resident care including ADLs and resident support
• Assist with medication administration
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of caregiving staff
• Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination
• Monitor resident care needs and communicate changes
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and families
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and care discussions
• Assist with incident reporting and documentation
• Help ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards

What You Bring

• Experience in assisted living and/or memory care
• Background as a Caregiver and/or Medication Manager
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead by example and step in where needed
• Organized, dependable, and solutions-focused

Physical & Role Expectations

• Must be comfortable working on the floor in a hands-on caregiving role
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to support staffing needs, including call-offs and high-acuity situations
• Participation in an on-call rotation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• CNA certification (preferred, not required)
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
