Heavy Duty Mechanic (310T License)

Clean Harbors in Breslau, ON location is currently looking for a Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy diesel equipment at our facility/shop. Wage range for this position: $38-42/hour. This position rotation is Tuesday to Friday 1 pm- 11:30pm, with the occasional opportunity to work weekends/overtime. Why work for Clean Harbors?

- Perform all required maintenance and repairs to various types of equipment, such as but not limited to tanker tailers and heavy-duty trucks;
- Perform maintenance which follows the manufacturer guidelines;
- Complete all paperwork required;
- Ensure the shop area is kept clean, tidy and free of hazards at all times.
- Journeyperson Mechanic certification (310T license)
- 3 + years' experience in maintaining of one or more of the following units: pickup trucks, tractors, and trailers;
- Familiarity with the various types of diesel engines;
- Ability to oversee, coach and mentor all apprentices and other shop laborers;
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Semi Annual Safety Inspection (CVI License).
